Ryan’s Painting (“Ryan’s”, “we”, “us”) is part of Ryan’s Group. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you call, text, email or use our quote form, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the area you live in and details about your project. If you use the “Search or ask a question” box, a question it can’t answer may be saved, without your name or contact details, so we can add an answer. Our website may also collect basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- To schedule, complete and support your job, including warranty service.
- To improve our website, its answers and our services.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. If your enquiry is better handled by another Ryan’s Group company (for example, Ryan’s Renos), we’ll ask before passing it on.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, scheduling and website hosting providers, and only as needed. Quote requests sent through the website are delivered to our team by email. If you live in a condo, we may share scheduling details with your property manager when building access requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, including colours and products used, for as long as needed to provide warranty service and touch-ups and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them securely.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at hello@ryanscontracting.com or 613-806-4000.
Cookies and local storage
Our website may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site. It also stores your light or dark display choice, and an in-progress assistant conversation, in your own browser; neither is sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
Photos
Photos of services on this website are licensed stock images unless a page says otherwise. We only publish photos of a client’s home with their permission.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
